Synopsis
“Frustrated with their current jobs, Uday, Adhyayan, and Rajasekaran team up to start an innovative business, non-existent in India until then. Ignoring all pragmatic aspects of life, they chase their dreams with immense pleasure. However, their journey is no cakewalk, as they confront financial crisis and rejections soon. Uday plays a business trick to triumph over that uninfluenced market; it works initially, but soon boomerangs, blowing the team apart. The police arrests Uday accusing him of illegal activity by his organization.

Were there any blemishes in their plan or was it just a typical Indian market, reluctant to accept an un-experimented concept? Will they be successful in implementing their innovation, staking their hard earned money, stable jobs, relationships, and life?

‘S.O.A.R is the story of chasing a dream, quandary between desire and responsibility, friendship and love.

Join the gutsy journey of three young entrepreneurs. ”

Book Review
The author being an IT professional has set the beginning of the story amidst an unsatisfactory job life which pays you hefty but keeps you aloof from your life.  The story starts from Newark, US ( yes, that's the name of a city, don't confuse it with New York) and finds its roots rooted back in Bangalore, India. An abrupt phone call, rather say voice message, on a hectic day urges Adhyayan to immediately fly back to his very own city, Bangalore. The things have changed a lot after he went but have they really changed?

SOAR is a story of three colleagues Adhyayan, Uday and Rajasekaran who wish to jump into the trending startups world. They have an idea and a plan to execute it but nothing is so apparent. They take baby steps, stumble at first but hold each others' hand to launch their dream site. Besides, sinking day and night into their dream project, they start veering away from their personal life. Shrishti, Adhyayan's wife foresees their relationship shrinking to office only. She tries to make a balance but things don't fall in place and she takes a stern step. Other fellow Rajasekaran falls in love with an outrageous spoilt rich girl, Sneha and fears of their caste difference. While the mastermind Uday keeps himself away from all the woos to nurture his dream project.

Amidst all the success, an expansion to their dream site causes the team to break apart. Uday gets under the net of legal proceedings against him because of false charges. Will his two partners come to his rescue spitting out the bitter animosity. What will happen to their dream project. Will it too end or will thrive? Will Shrishti and Sneha proceed for a happy life with the young strivers? And how Uday will come clear of all the charges against him? Find the answers to all these questions with a light read of SOAR.

The story can ignite young entrepreneurs who strive to flourish their idea. The familiar places of Bangalore keeps one engaged and the plot at the end to search for the traitor keeps the reader engrossed. So carry a copy of the book in your flight/bus/train and soar with the S.O.A.R.
